Herbs for Everyday Living: Spring Series
A 5 Week course
Starting in April, dates TBD...
Learn how to deepen your relationship with the plant world, get to know plant “personalities”, and understand how to choose which herbs to use for yourself or others, with a focus on seasonal herbs. Over the course of 5 weeks we will meet to do hands-on work with the herbs so that you have the knowledge, tools and confidence to use them at home in ways that most benefit you.

Introduction to Herbalism
A 7 week-long series, starting June 7th

Wellesley College Botanic Garden
Learn practical ways to gather and use medicinal herbs in this seven-week class suitable for adults and teens age 16 and up. Learn plant identification, harvesting methods, recipes and techniques for preparing oils, infusions, cordials, salves and more. The course includes experiential tea tastings of all herbs covered. Steph will make extensive use of the Edible Ecosystem Teaching Garden; please come prepared for spending time outdoors.
