What People Have Said:
"I am in my fourth semester studying with Steph. Her teachings continue to guide, inspire, nourish, and even protect me in my work with my clients, myself, and the world at large. What I find amazing about Steph is that she does not just know about plants, she really embodies their essence in her work -- and is a very powerful, soothing, and peaceful presence to be around. I have felt truly graced with her presence in my life -- and I don't say that lightly! She has actually been a huge catalyst and example for me to remember my power and pursue my life purpose, fervently. I recommend Steph’s work to everyone on Earth -- she is my favorite!"
"I loooooved Steph's Herbs for Everyday Living class!! The class space created was gentle and warm, as is Steph, and the classes themselves were well-structured, thorough, and experiential-based. We learned through exploration - of how each herb tasted, how it felt in our bodies, how it could be used to physically and emotionally heal, and how to use it in various herbal remedies. Definitely highly recommended!!!"
- Sarah F.
"I've enjoyed Steph's herb series immensely; her rich knowledge of and joy for plants permeates every class. As a teacher she is articulate, detailed, and generous. We are making things in every session and are sent home with samples of each herb. Steph's warmth and enthusiasm make her a joy to be around--I can't recommend her classes highly enough!"
"I learned so much in Steph’s class. Being able to take sample herbs home (and importantly, mason jars, spray bottles, etc.) along with the infusions, etc. made in class helped to demystify the process---making it seem more doable. You had me at Nettles! I am hooked!"
- Liza B.
"Thank you sooo much for your class series. I loved everything about the classes-the herbs, the group, the way you taught and presented the information. It was so fun and informative! I appreciate how it was knowledge attained through experiences and hands-on learning."
"I loved the class; it's a heavenly experience to go each week and sample teas. Steph is an amazing herbalist. Her love for herbs is palpable and it's a treat to sample teas each week, as well as sample and make hand baths, facial steams, dream pillows, tinctures, etc. Steph's creativity and generosity of knowledge and experience is special."

"Steph is an inspiration to me. She has so much to teach us about plants as medicine. I attended a class taught and designed by Steph and walked away feeling uplifted and more educated about what is available to us and what we can do with it to contribute to our own health and well being. I am excited to learn more from Steph about this wonderful and mysterious plant world in future workshops."
"Thank you Steph for your patience and love for the plants, you really inspire people to learn more about this beautiful world making every lesson so pleasant and fun!"
"Steph is very knowledgeable and her well-organized class allows attendees to absorb a lot of useful information about herbal preparations in a short time. Her enthusiasm and love of herbs is catching. She has a healthy respect for the many properties of herbs and is able to communicate that while at the same time empowering her students to work confidently to create herbal remedies."
"Steph's herb class was extremely informative and interesting. She taught us how to identify different plants, their medicinal qualities, and how to use them on a day to day basis. Our group was completely mesmerized by her knowledge and we hope to have her back in the future. It was such a treat to have her come spread her wealth of knowledge of herbs with us."
